Hi there! My name is Jess, and I have worked in various settings such as Account Management, Agency, RPO, and Executive Search. I am experienced in navigating regulated environments, including Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas Energy, and Education. I take pride in using creative and effective methodologies to identify, attract, and retain talented individuals for exciting new opportunities. Currently, I am excited to take on a new challenge in the Banking and Financial Services sector at the prestigious LMA.

When I am not working, I enjoy using my slow cooker, exploring uncharted London neighbourhoods on my bike, and creating bespoke dresses while also making alterations.
