Hello! I’m Natasha and I’m Head of Operations at LMA. I’m a very loyal and committed person – in fact, I was at my previous firm, Career Girl/Median, for over 22 years!

At LMA, I ensure that everything runs smoothly, anything from dealing with suppliers to fixing IT problems.

We have such a great bunch at LMA − all with different talents, personalities and cultural backgrounds. It means we can inspire each other and our clients with lots of creative ideas. And the conversation is never dull!
