Administrative Assistant (Marketing) – London. £45,000 - £50,000.
We have the most outstanding opportunity for an administrative assistant who perhaps is currently supporting in a client facing environment and has a keen interest in marketing and events, who will cover a broad range of duties, primarily supporting the Head of Marketing and a wider IR team.
The role is based in luxurious offices in a high performing finance house, based in the West End and you will be part of a brilliant EA and admin team and should relish all manner of administration and be very confident around communicating at all levels.
The role is based 3 days onsite and 2 from home and the hours are 9-6 with a little flexibility as the business demands and is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is happy to muck in and has a keen attention to detail and is used to handling a variety of administrative and PA tasks and to whom no job is too small.
Perhaps you are an administrator/team assistant in events at present, or working in sharp end finance supporting a team and you are ready for your next challenge, providing exceptional support and juggling priorities in this exciting role, where you will assist with regular event arranging including invite management and logistical tasks and support the busy Head of Marketing.
You will also provide key support to 3 IR Directors, making the role exciting and varied!
Roles & Responsibilities (not limited too).
- Diary management for a Head of Marketing & Communications for all internal and external meetings and arranging associated travel.
- Diary management for 3 Investor Relations Directors for all internal and external meetings and arranging associated travel.
- Expense management for Head of Marketing & Communications and 3 directors.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
- Supporting the wider EMEA IR team with administrative tasks (booking meetings, arranging travel).
- Supporting the EA to MDs on overflow tasks, team events and global scheduling.
- Assisting in organising team lunches, dinners and socials.
- Supporting the Executive assistant team with scheduling, travel and expense management as required.
- FOH assistance for on-site support for company events, large meetings and socials.
- Provide holiday coverage for the broader office support team.
- International travel may be required to support external events.
Knowledge/Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience as a team or administration assistant.
- Prior experience and knowledge of working in an events/marketing team.
- Finance, Legal or other Professional Services background preferred.
- Enhanced level of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Powerpoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of a CRM system would also be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Cvent and Hub Spot would be advantageous, but not essential.
