Overview:
A leading national advisory firm is seeking a senior-level professional to lead technical and compliance initiatives across its Restructuring division. This is a strategic role with national impact, ideal for an experienced insolvency practitioner with strong regulatory knowledge and a passion for shaping best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical and compliance frameworks across restructuring teams
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure firmwide integration
• Provide expert guidance on technical queries and casework compliance
• Lead internal training programmes and contribute to professional development
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical committees on policy creation
• Engage with regulatory bodies and contribute to industry consultations
• Support licensing applications, QAD queries, and qualification pathways
• Represent the firm at external forums and technical networks

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in UK insolvency and restructuring (professional services)
• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law and regulatory frameworks
• JIEB-qualified or equivalent (CPI considered)
• Familiarity with IPS or similar case management systems
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence policy
