Overview:
A leading national advisory firm is seeking a senior-level professional to lead technical and compliance initiatives across its Restructuring division. This is a strategic role with national impact, ideal for an experienced insolvency practitioner with strong regulatory knowledge and a passion for shaping best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical and compliance frameworks across restructuring teams
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure firmwide integration
- Provide expert guidance on technical queries and casework compliance
- Lead internal training programmes and contribute to professional development
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical committees on policy creation
- Engage with regulatory bodies and contribute to industry consultations
- Support licensing applications, QAD queries, and qualification pathways
- Represent the firm at external forums and technical networks
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in UK insolvency and restructuring (professional services)
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law and regulatory frameworks
- JIEB-qualified or equivalent (CPI considered)
- Familiarity with IPS or similar case management systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence policy
