A growing and well-respected SME bank is seeking a Compliance Associate to support its robust and evolving compliance framework. Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, this is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape regulatory outcomes and support sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting quality assurance on first-line compliance activities

• Supporting transaction monitoring and day-to-day advisory queries

• Assisting with regulatory reporting, policy reviews, and staff training

• Playing a hands-on role in strengthening the bank’s AML and regulatory processes

What We’re Looking For:

• A solid track record in a compliance role within an SME or mid-sized banking environment

• Strong working knowledge of UK AML regulations and FCA expectations

• Experience or understanding of African markets is a welcome bonus
