Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join their Global Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate customer data management and supporting the compliant, timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer account setups, updates, and re-validations in line with SOP's
- Maintain and validate customer master data within SAP
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and distribution standards
- Manage and resolve internal and external customer data queries
- Monitor system data flows and troubleshoot interface issues
- Support audits through accurate documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Skills & Experience:
- Proven customer service experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong SAP and MS Office proficiency
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
