Job Title: Customer Validation & Master Data Representative
Location: Sandwich – Onsite
Duration: 12 months
Work pattern: 37 hours p/w

Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join their Global Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate customer data management and supporting the compliant, timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer account setups, updates, and re-validations in line with SOP's
• Maintain and validate customer master data within SAP
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and distribution standards
• Manage and resolve internal and external customer data queries
• Monitor system data flows and troubleshoot interface issues
• Support audits through accurate documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

Skills & Experience:

• Proven customer service experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong SAP and MS Office proficiency
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
