Executive Assistant – London - Highly competitive, plus superb benefits!

We are currently partnering with a leading finance house in London, who are looking for a career committed and high-performing EA to support a busy investment team within private equity.

This is such an exciting opportunity to join a world-class global business, working in a busy and growing London office that is looking for an outstanding EA, who enjoys a fast-paced role with ever changing priorities and is hungry for a real career move, supporting a mix of stakeholders from MD to Associate level.

The EA team are utterly supportive and you will be working in a collegiate and professional environment where you will provide seamless administrative support and the role will be based five days onsite, 9-6 with flexibility on odd occasion to support outside of hours as the wider business demands.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with evidence of a solid work tenure delivering to busy investment teams with strong MS Office skills and a warm and engaging approach.

You will act as an ambassador for the team and the business and be the lynch pin for your professionals, jumping in and helping colleagues at the drop of a hat, with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Duties are outlined below: (Non-exhaustive list).

  • Direct EA coverage to team, shared front of house responsibilities (light touch) with other EA’s and general office admin.
  • Extensive calendar management, including the ability to schedule a high volume of meetings with multiple attendees across multiple time zones.
  • Booking global and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, entry requirements for international destinations.
  • Process all expenses in a timely manner using Concur.
  • Manage all necessary requirements associated with extended global travel, i.e. visas, vaccinations etc.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High degree of responsiveness and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multitask with continuously changing priorities on short notice.
  • Proactively anticipates needs.
  • Understands priorities and thinks critically.
