You’ll be part of a dynamic regional accounting function that oversees 26 entities across 21 countries, ensuring full compliance with statutory and US GAAP reporting requirements.
What You’ll Do
As a Finance Controller, you’ll manage the financial integrity of multiple countries within the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with other Controllers, the Shared Services team, and cross-functional colleagues to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance in all reporting activities.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting in-depth analytical reviews of trial balances and financial reports
-
Identifying and correcting errors through variance analysis and risk assessment
-
Reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations
-
Ensuring compliance with intercompany contracts, tax, and social security obligations
-
Preparing and reviewing audit documentation in coordination with Shared Services
-
Supporting cash flow forecasting and profitability assessments
-
Driving ad hoc financial projects with a proactive and collaborative mindset
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident finance professional who thrives in multicultural, multinational environments and enjoys working independently with autonomy and ownership.
You’ll need:
-
A degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (Bachelor’s/Master’s); professional qualifications like ACCA, CIMA, or Poland’s Ministry of Finance Certificate are a plus
-
3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a global or regional finance function
-
A sharp eye for detail and a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
-
Strong communication skills in English – verbal and written
-
The ability to manage and prioritise across multiple stakeholders and countries
-
Proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle Financial, OneStream, MicroStrategy, or similar tools
-
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership
-
A team player who supports and uplifts colleagues to achieve collective success
Why Join?
You’ll be joining a globally recognised organisation that values autonomy, innovation, and collaboration. The role offers an excellent opportunity to shape financial governance in a complex, international environment — with the support of a talented and experienced team. In return, you’ll receive a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to grow in one of EMEA’s key regional hubs.
