Job Title: Interim Communications Lead

Location: Broughton (minimum 60% on-site)

Our client is looking for an experienced Interim Communications Lead to support a major business acquisition and integration project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver communication strategies for the transition phase.
  • Establish internal and external communication frameworks and tools.
  • Create key messaging and materials to support on-boarding and engagement.
  • Manage media, public affairs, and community relations activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams for consistent messaging.
  • Support internal communications and employee events.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in corporate communications (internal, external, community).
  • Experience in M&A, transformation, or organisational change.
  • Strong writing, content creation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation ability.
  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland’s operating environment and UK media landscape.
