Job Title: Interim Communications Lead
Location: Broughton (minimum 60% on-site)
Our client is looking for an experienced Interim Communications Lead to support a major business acquisition and integration project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver communication strategies for the transition phase.
- Establish internal and external communication frameworks and tools.
- Create key messaging and materials to support on-boarding and engagement.
- Manage media, public affairs, and community relations activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams for consistent messaging.
- Support internal communications and employee events.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven background in corporate communications (internal, external, community).
- Experience in M&A, transformation, or organisational change.
- Strong writing, content creation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation ability.
- Knowledge of Northern Ireland’s operating environment and UK media landscape.
