- Significant experience in marketing/brand led role ideally in drinks/ alcohol
- Lead annual brand planning
- Deliver brand and channel activations
- Develop commercial strategy to deliver targeted business results and profitable brand equity growth
- Strong strategic thinking
- Creative, able to develop cut-through marketing activations that supports brand strategy
- Senior engagement and influence (internal and external)
- Line management and agency management
