In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Media Manager, agencies, and internal teams to deliver breakthrough campaigns across TV, VOD, CTV, Audio, and Media Sponsorship—all while managing a multi-million-pound budget and pushing the boundaries of innovation.
Contract role until Mid-May 2026
Salary: £33 per hour
Hybrid working: 3 days office based and 2 days working from home each week.
Location: Close to London Victoria Station
Main Duties:
- Deliver smart, integrated brand media campaigns with a focus on TV, VOD, CTV, Audio & Sponsorships.
- Partner with agencies and marketing teams to design and launch campaigns that cut through the noise.
- Support the management of a multi-million-pound media budget, keeping spend on track and aligned with strategy.
- Define and own a media testing roadmap, improving cross-channel efficiencies by at least 20% YoY.
- Work with GTM and creative teams to ensure requirements are delivered seamlessly and campaigns land with impact.
- Partner with analytics to continuously assess and optimize performance across online and offline channels.
- Present results and business plans to senior leaders, influencing decisions with data-driven insights.
- Stay on top of industry, tech, and competitor trends, turning them into new growth opportunities.
Skills/experience required:
5+ years’ experience in media planning and performance marketing (agency or client side).
- Proven success running integrated brand and direct response campaigns.
- Strong expertise in TV, VOD, CTV, Audio & Sponsorships.
- Commercial and analytical mindset, with deep understanding of online/offline synergy.
- Testing mindset—comfortable validating hypotheses and scaling what works.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and high-velocity projects.
- Outstanding communication skills—confident presenting to senior leaders and managing agencies.
- Proven ability to assess media performance (MMM analysis experience a plus).
