Office Manager/EA – London
We have the most exciting role for a switched on and engaging Office Manager who is enjoys variety and is happy to work five days onsite, 9-6.
Working as primarily OM to the London office, plus two other European smaller offices, you will be the lynch pin and develop key stakeholder relationships as you become the trusted go-too! The company are market leaders and are extremely fast paced, operating within the trading arena/FS.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and dependable Office Manager to manage the offices in London and Europe. Headcount around 180 in total. From facilities and supplies to travel and executive support, you’ll help ensure the global offices run smoothly and create a great working environment. You’ll also support leadership and collaborate with teams on internal and external events. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that touches all areas of office operations.
Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Manage the day-to-day running of offices in London (180 staff) and Europe (two smaller European offices 20 headcount and 5 respectively).
- Oversee vendor relationships, compliance checks, and health & safety standards
- Coordinate supplies, refreshments, and tech equipment with internal teams
People & Logistics
- Welcome visitors and new joiners, ensuring a professional and friendly environment
- Manage deliveries, shipping, and travel arrangements across the three regions
Events & Engagement
- Organise team socials and help deliver successful client and marketing events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and catering services
Executive Support
- Support leadership with diary management, meetings, and travel
- Organise Board meetings and improve internal admin processes
