We have an outstanding opportunity for a fantastic PA to support two busy Directors and their respective teams (16 in total) in a City based finance house, working 9.00am – 5.30pm with 50% in the office monthly and 50% from home monthly, with a little flex as the business demands.

Job spec:
- Extensive diary management for the Directors, booking meeting rooms and providing minutes to meetings (eg weekly team meeting) where necessary.
- Providing logistical support for the Directors and teams including organising committee meetings, collating and distributing papers and minutes, booking travel.
- Managing workflow including collating reports, following up and tracking tasks and deliverables to support the Directors and ensure delivery of work is on track and meets deadlines.
- Liaison and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including other PA’s and staff members etc.
- Supporting team through logging and identification of AGM’s and voting results.
- Providing team administrative support including data entry, filing and managing subscriptions, memberships, data sets as required.
- Developing a broad understanding of the issues which are a priority for the team and pitching in to help when needed and capacity allows.
- During peak periods, taking on additional duties when asked to support the team, such as data entry or other ad hoc tasks.
