As a People Experience Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, fair, and inclusive workplace — one where employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner managers turn to for expert advice on employee relations, guiding them through complex situations with empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of compliance and organisational culture.

The Main Duties:
- Lead employee relations cases, investigating concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring every case is handled fairly, confidentially, and in line with legal and company standards.
- Advise and coach leaders on performance management, disciplinary matters, and best practices to build strong, engaged teams.
- Promote compliance and consistency by staying current with employment laws and ensuring policies are applied equitably across the organisation.
- Champion a positive workplace culture by preventing issues before they escalate and helping leaders navigate change with empathy and clarity.
Skills/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (advanced degree or certifications such as SHRM-CP/PHR preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years focused on employee relations or investigations.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, investigation techniques, and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication, judgement, and discretion — with the ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity.
- A collaborative, emotionally intelligent approach and the confidence to influence and guide leaders across levels.
