A rapidly growing City-based Bank is seeking an experienced and technically strong Regulatory Reporting Officer to join its Finance function in a key role supporting the CFO and senior finance leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a regulatory reporting professional with strong PRA/FCA reporting expertise to take ownership of critical prudential and statutory reporting within a collaborative, high-performing banking environment.
The Opportunity
Working within a small but busy finance team, you will play a central role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all regulatory returns and filings, while supporting major regulatory initiatives including Basel 3.1 implementation.
The role offers broad exposure across prudential reporting, liquidity, capital adequacy, financial control, and regulatory change within a growing UK Bank.
Key Responsibilities
You will act as a key point of contact for the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory and statutory reporting, including:
Regulatory Reporting
- COREP reporting including:
Additional PRA & Bank of England Reporting
- AMM Reporting (C67, C68, C69, C71)
- PRA returns including:
- Bank of England returns:
FINREP Reporting
Daily & Strategic Reporting
- Daily liquidity and capital adequacy monitoring
- Large exposures and country exposure reporting
- FX and bond position reporting
- Daily P&L reporting
- Contributing to ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, Pillar 3, Statutory Accounts
You will also support ongoing enhancement of reporting controls, data integrity, and regulatory frameworks across the Bank.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced regulatory reporting professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced banking environment.
Essential Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in UK banking regulatory reporting
- Proven knowledge of COREP, FINREP, PRA reporting, Basel regulatory frameworks
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- ACCA or CIMA qualified / part-qualified
Desirable
- Experience with Flexcube, Vermeg or Tarramis
