- Maintain detailed documentation including business cases, traceability matrices, and impact assessments to support change delivery.
- Act as a bridge between Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and transparency in change initiatives.
- Support ongoing BAU activities, including exception handling, client queries, and regulatory submission reviews.
- Deliver clear and insightful MI to governance forums and senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility of issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience building and managing reconciliations using DUCO (or similar reconciliation platforms).
- Confidence in presenting complex issues to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to independently assess regulatory quality assurance reports and propose practical solutions.
- Analytical mindset, with a structured and proactive approach to risk reduction and process optimisation.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, regulatory-driven environments.
